Question text: In your opinion, how long does it take for the following types of cases to be heard in court? Administrative dispute trial – All disputes where the other party is a state body (other than criminal cases), for example: patrol fines, tax disputes, permits issued by City Hall, etc.
Within the project “Facilitating Implementation of Reforms in the Judiciary”, implemented by Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) in cooperation with the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC), CRRC-Georgia conducted a survey that discusses issues related to different aspects of access to courts and attitudes of the population of Georgia.
