Within the project “Facilitating Implementation of Reforms in the Judiciary”, implemented by Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) in cooperation with the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC), CRRC-Georgia conducted a survey that discusses issues related to different aspects of access to courts and attitudes of the population of Georgia.

Population: Adults (18 years old and over), excluding the populations living in territories affected by military conflict (South Ossetia and Abkhazia)
Sample Design: Stratified cluster sampling
Sample Size: 2290 respondents.
Response rate: 37%
Survey mode: Computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI).
Interview languages: Georgian
Fieldwork Dates: February 18, 2020 to March 8, 2020
Results are weighted.
