Qeyd: The question was asked to the respondents who applied for the courts in the last 6 years. In case respondent had few disputes, interviewers asked about last completed one. Expenses includes: expenses for lawyer, examination, travel, translator, levy, etc.
Within the project “Facilitating Implementation of Reforms in the Judiciary”, implemented by Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) in cooperation with the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC), CRRC-Georgia conducted a survey that discusses issues related to different aspects of access to courts and attitudes of the population of Georgia.
