Media survey in Georgia was conducted by Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC) in 2009. It investigated public views and preferences on the media sources and assessed political pluralism of media sources and perceived impartiality of journalists and media managers

Population: Adults (18 years old and over), excluding the populations living in territories affected by military conflict (South Ossetia and Abkhazia).

Sample Design: Multi-stage cluster sampling with preliminary stratification.

Sample Size: 1767 respondents.

Response rate: 64%.

Survey mode: Face-to-face paper-and-pencil interview (PAPI).

Interview languages: Georgian.

Fieldwork Dates: October 1, 2009 to October 16, 2009.

Results are weighted.
