Survey on Protest and Politics in Georgia was conducted by Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC) in 2009. It intended collection of up-to-date data on the perceptions of the population regarding the ongoing protests, as well as broader political and social situation in the country.

Population: Adults (18 years old and over), excluding the populations living in territories affected by military conflict (South Ossetia and Abkhazia).

Sample Design: Multi-stage cluster sampling with preliminary stratification.

Sample Size: 1835 respondents.

Response rate: 75%.

Survey mode: Face-to-face paper-and-pencil interview (PAPI).

Interview languages: Georgian.

Fieldwork Dates: May 19, 2009 to May 26, 2009.

Results are weighted.
