Caucasus Barometer is an annual survey about socio-economic issues and political attitudes conducted by the Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC) in the three countries of the South Caucasus: Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The project started in 2004. Representative nationwide data is available since 2008 (before 2010, the survey was titled The Data Initiative).The 2015 wave of the survey was conducted in Armenia and Georgia only.

Population: Adults (18 years old and over), excluding the populations living in territories affected by military conflict (Mountainous Karabakh, South Ossetia and Abkhazia) and Nakhichevan.

Sample Design: Multi-stage cluster sampling with preliminary stratification.

Sample Size: 4114 respondents (1863 in Armenia, 2251 in Georgia).

Response rate: 66% in Armenia, 57% in Georgia.

Survey mode: Face-to-face paper-and-pencil interview (PAPI).

Interview languages: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian.

Fieldwork Dates: October 1, 2015 to November 26, 2015.

Results are weighted.
