Pet ownership and street dogs in Tbilisi was a phone survey representative of the adult Georgian-speaking population of Tbilisi. CRRC-Georgia conducted the survey between November 12 and November 29, 2017. Overall, 2,086 interviews were completed using the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) method, of which 322 were interviews with dog owners.

Population: Adults (18 years old and over), excluding the population living outside Tbilisi.

Sample Design: Representative random sample of Tbilisi mobile-phone users.

Sample Size: 2086 respondents.

Response rate: 49% among Tbilisi residents, who answered the phone.

Survey mode: Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI).

Interview languages: Georgian.

Fieldwork Dates: November 12, 2017 to November 29, 2017

Results are weighted.
