This research was commissioned by the EU funded project ‘Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative (CSSIGE)’. The CSSIGE project was implemented by the Konrad- Adenauer- Foundation in cooperation with the Civil Society Institute (CSI), the Center for Training and Consultancy (CTC), the Center for Strategic Research and Development in Georgia (CSRDG) and the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC).
