Factsheet

The main objective of this study was to assess knowledge and attitudes of Georgian population towards COVID-19 related issues and ongoing events. This poll intended to help various stakeholders to diagnose and address public concerns around coronavirus.

Population: Adult population (18 years old and over), excluding the populations living in territories affected by military conflict (South Ossetia and Abkhazia). Besides nationwide, data is representative of Tbilisi, urban and rural areas of Georgia.

Sample Design: Simple random sampling using random-digit-dial method.

Sample Size: 2,016 respondents.

Response rate: 23%

Survey mode: Computer-assisted telephone interview (CATI).

Interview languages: Georgian, Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian.

Fieldwork Dates: July 13, 2021 to July 25, 2021.

Results are weighted.
